This is a pic from the second stage of my friend lena's first ever tattoo. The girl goes all out! It still needs the swirls and stuff. I can't wait for it to be done.

Interracial Yin Yang
This is the tattoo I got yesterday. It's still healing, but I think it looks pretty darn good. :) It's at the top of my back in the centre. I've been wanting a tattoo since forever and a day and losing weight was my incentive. Well, I've lost some and I just couldn't wait anymore. lol I got this tattoo because as soon as I saw it, I knew it was the one for me. I've always wanted the Yin Yang and the Interracial is me to a tee. I'm a Hungary Canadian of colour. On my maternal grandmothers side her lineage goes back to the slaves and we lose it there. On my maternal Grandfathers side he was German, French, and a whole lot of other mixes (and he's black). My father is Hungarian and it goes back there as far as they can remember. So that's why the Interracial Yin Yang. I hope you like it. If not, oh well, it's not on your back! lol I, happen to love it. Yin Yang.

Not sure what it is about kanji tattoos that white people like so much. I don't keep kanji flash and wouldn't wear writing I can't read myself, but I personally know a dozen caucasians with various kanji marks. This kid surprised me by wanting what he said was "prosperity"... not the choice I'd expect from a 19 year old for his first tat, but there you have it..

White Ink Tattoo
This is my 3rd tattoo, and my first white ink tattoo. It is only about 24 hours old in this photo, so it's still raised and crusty looking. So far, it seems to be healing nicely, and is a nice bright white. I hope it stays that way! This was the first white tattoo the artist has done (which should have made me run away), but he's been doing it professionally for over 20 years. It's small enough to cover up if it ends up a disaster!.

I got a white ink tattoo two weeks ago. It's still not completely healed, but the redness has significantly gone down. I'm not 100% pleased with the spacing of the wings, but I LOVE the white. Not one person has mentioned noticing my new tattoo. White ink is very personal and I love that..
