Day 204 Henna Tattoo
Now, what is First Fridays you ask? Well Phoenix has been decidedly unhip over the years, but this event seems particularly cool. All of the art galleries and wine bars open their doors for some evening art viewing. Some galleries even serve wine. Then there are hippies in the streets doing shows, peddling art and playing music. Its pretty cool. Its like a modern day renaissance festival. This date is particularly important because 1) The weather is perfect 2) This is the last night before the city starts enforcing its "no peddling on the street" law. I'm afraid it may mess up the wild bohemian atmosphere..
Day 213 Alien
This is an "artist's rendering" of what its like to have your baby kick. I couldn't capture it well enough in video to produce good stills, so I Photoshopped it. As you can see, my henna tattoo is fading. Anyhow, remember that scene from Alien at the dinner table...? Muhahaha..
