tattoo of polaroidsThere is just something about Polaroid film that attracts me. Perhaps it’s the instant gratification of it all. Perhaps it is the “what you see is what you get” aspect of it. There are no fancy Photoshop tricks involved- you get one shot to get it right. Perhaps it is the perfectly square format. Whatever the reason, I love that Polaroid film gives me the chance to capture moments in time, through my eyes, the way I view the world. It’s just me and my camera and that’s all I need. No Photoshop, nothing digital, just me. A world without Polaroid film is a scary thought and a world that I hope I don’t have to live in.
