cherry blossom tree tattoosthis is my cherry blossom tree on my back. I drew it two summers ago to replicate and paint on the porch off my room. The size that I drew it on paper was perfectly sized to fit on my back. I had been wanting a tree tattoo on my back for a year and a half, so I decided to go with this one. It got started last April and finished last May, and I absolutely love it. I've recieved a lot of positive support for it :) Overall it took 6-7 hours to finish.

cherry blossoms outlineThis is my new tattoo. It's a Japanese-style half-sleeve on my left upper arm [windblocks, waves, peony flowers, and cherry blossom flowers]. I hate to admit it, but this was one of the worst pains I've ever had--I actually cried. I didn't even cry with my other big one. I didn't even think I'd be able to finish the outline it hurt so bad. I mean, I knew it was going to hurt, I had NOOOO clue that it was going to be THAT bad. It was aweful. Hopefully the shading/coloring won't hurt as bad. I'm guessing it will take AT LEAST two more sessions to finish it. At least it looks awesome though! It's going to be fabulous once it's finished!!
