cherry blossom tree tattoosthis is my cherry blossom tree on my back. I drew it two summers ago to replicate and paint on the porch off my room. The size that I drew it on paper was perfectly sized to fit on my back. I had been wanting a tree tattoo on my back for a year and a half, so I decided to go with this one. It got started last April and finished last May, and I absolutely love it. I've recieved a lot of positive support for it :) Overall it took 6-7 hours to finish.
cherry blossom tree tattosMy attempt to show you my biggest and favorite tattoo in one shot....i couldnt get it lined up perfectly but i did my best. Total this was about 15 hours and i still got a lot of back to cover. I got this done by very talented good friends of ours at Altered Ink Tattoo in Dickinson, ND. Thanx Guys!!
chinese blossom tattooThird sitting, clouds and background. Will be going back for one last sitting of going back over the outline of the dragon in 3 weeks. For the most part it's done at I can start really showing it off now! :) This picture was taken the morning after and I had just got done washing it and putting on A&D ointment so it was really hard not to get a glare in the picture. lotus and cherry blossom tattoo designsthe two combined! there will be wind currents moving around the tree for the koi to swim/fly on. plus japanese looking clouds in the background. i forgot to put blossoms on the tree but alas, i think i got the point across. =] i loves it i think in the wood of the tree trunk i have the words "With our thoughts, we make the world." engraved. it is a quote by buddha
