skulls and flowers in artWow what has Australia done to me, nothing serious dont worry. This little piece measuring 38 x 29cm is created on watercolour paper with a background of watercolour and wax, I then did my usual background pages and used them throughout the piece. The rose is my own shabby rose creation with water colour paint and ink. This piece tells a little of the time I have shared with Stevie and Scarlett, the tattoo images for both of them as Stevie is a tattooer and Scarlett has tattoos, the rose represents my Shabby room here in Scarborough Queensland which Scarlett created for me. The birds for the beautiful birds which visit the garden as I sit and sew on the front deck.
