A Personal Journey - My Tattoo
I got this tattoo done back in May as a personal statement against cancer and all that a diagnosis brings to the lives of a person, their family and friends. The words speak for themselves. It is not meant to offend anyone, but by kicking back like this I feel I am making my statement. I’ve never regretted having it done and wish I had thought of it four years ago when I first started my battle. It’s my mantra! Today I go to get a CT scan of my lungs and an MRI scan of my liver to see if this latest round of chemotherapy has managed to shrink back the tumours I have. I get the results next Wednesday so here’s hoping the turmoil of the past 12 weeks has been worth it. In Your Face Version.
