LomoFaux Hang Girls
This is a version of this image with a faux lomo effect applied in Photoshop. I like how the lomo effect brings out some more of the colors that this image lacked because of the cloudy conditions on the beach that day. I for my feet tattoo finnished on Friday. Left on pic swallow existing, starts added & touched up. Right on pic swallow & stars new. www.redhotandbluetattoo.co.uk pic taken on my k850i cameraphone so the quality isnt too great but you get the idea. I heart them :).

My foot
I took a really random photograph tonight! It was of my foot because I was playing with my tripod and I couldn;t get the camera to focus when I used the self-timer! Talking of my foot, I think I need my tattoo touched up and extended. Each star of my tattoo represents someone in my family. The big star represents me, and the other stars represent my fiance, my mum, my dad, my sister and the additional 2 stars represent the two miscarriages I had. I want a star for my neice and nephew, and my mother and father in law too!.
Southern Kind Of Girl
I got some new ink today... again.. another photo less than 2 hours old... I'll reupload another one when its healed... but i couldnt wait ( as usual) I've never been a 'patriotic' kind of person.. but since moving to the other side of the world, it brings it out in you. You miss certain things. To me... the southern cross symbolises more than just that pointer in the sky that everyone takes for granted. It's home. It's grounding, and it makes me swell with 'something' every time I see it on our flag, or a sticky label or absolutely anything. The blue represents the ocean that I miss so deeply... And above all this... I want to connect to my brother, who shares the same constellation tattoo on his shoulder... who is going through some very rough seas right now. I'm hoping, in spirit, I can help guide him home. I love ink. I love when it represents something. I do not.. for the r.
