emma's tattoos were done by a lad named Rory, the same guy that did dave grohl's tattoos. it was his first time using white ink and he couldnt really see what he was doing but still managed to get the most perfect star tattoos i've ever seen. i'll get some more info from emma about these and post it so that all 12 people who ever view the photo will have some more background on it. ok, update. the guy's name is rory keating and he does mostly tribal tattoos. she got them done when he came to ireland for the irish tattoo convention and she got them touched up the next year when he returned. really nice guy actually. taken using a bronica ETRSi using fuji Provia 100. cont quite remember the settings. think it was 1/30th @ 1:2.8. probably could have gone faster..
New tattoo :)
I got a new tattoo tonight and I am so excited about it. I have been dealing with a lot of stuff lately and I finally am beginning to feel relieved and see that I am in charge of my life- I am the only person I can depend on all the time. I have endless possibilities and the rest of my life to be happy and successful (hopefully! lol) Anyways this tattoo is completely for myself, to remind myself that I can do anything and that I dont need someone else to make me happy :).
