My life in pictures
Day 19 - I guess this one needs a little explanation, the first tattoo was my "comming of age" tattoo. I was eighteen, young, dumb and full of cum. It signified my rebellious nature and it was "cool" I loved it and almost no one knew i had one. It was for me. the second one was far more serious. It is a chineese dragon and represents the strength of will it took to drag me out of what i consider to be the darkest point in my young life. I was in a relationship for 7 years but as with many things in life it ended. Abruptly , without warning, absolutly devestating me. with that decision she made i had lost my love, my house, my friends and my hope. It was a very very difficult time. I sat and thought long and hard and eventually got through it. I wanted to get something that would remind me of how strong i can be when it really gets tough. so I chose this. And i am happy with it. that is.

dragon vs. man
Back in college, when I was taking fine art photography, this was one of my best black and white photos. I've been saving it since almost 2001 in a manila folder inside my file cabinet. Probably because it is an ex-boyfriend of mine, probably because I'll never really frame it because it's an image of a half naked guy and I'm sure Bobby wouldn't appreciate that in our living room, or anywhere else. But it IS still one of my favorite photos - probably because of the angle, the composition, and the tonal values. So I figured I would scan it in and save it here...so other people can say what they think of it. I'm calling it Dragon vs. Man because it's kind of ironic considering the person in the photo switched places with the dragon on many occasions. I guess we all have our other sides...I have mine too, so I can't judge. Even though there are good + bad memories there, everything in li.
