Aegishjalmur in Icelandic. A symbol that offers invincibility in battle to the wearer, and as I discovered, a charm for finding ones way in the fogs. That I need as I have gotten lost more than once on Mt.Tam in the fog. I also read that vikings used to tattoo it to their foreheads. I wasn't prepared to go that far. Getting a tattoo was amazing experience! I highly recommend it..
